Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
CV, BERKAH SEJAHTERA MANDIRI
The journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. This statement is based on the guidelines and best practices developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Duties of Editors
Editors are responsible for deciding which submitted articles should be published. Editors evaluate manuscripts based on their academic merit, originality, clarity, relevance to the journal’s scope, and contribution to scientific knowledge without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or political philosophy.
Editors must ensure a fair, unbiased, and confidential review process. Editors and editorial staff will not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, editorial advisers, and publisher when appropriate.
Editors must also avoid conflicts of interest and ensure that unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript are not used in an editor’s own research without the written consent of the author.
Duties of Reviewers
Peer reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and may also help authors improve the quality of their manuscripts.
Reviewers should conduct reviews objectively and provide constructive comments supported by clear arguments. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and should not share or discuss manuscripts with others unless authorized by the editor.
Reviewers should inform the editor if they identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors or if they detect substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript and other published works.
Reviewers must decline review assignments when they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors or institutions connected to the manuscript.
Duties of Authors
Authors must present accurate and original research. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.
Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are entirely original and appropriately cite or quote the work and words of others.
Multiple, redundant, or concurrent publication of the same research in more than one journal or publication is considered unethical publishing behavior.
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All contributors who have made substantial contributions should be listed as co-authors.
Authors must disclose any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.
If authors discover a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, they must promptly notify the journal editor and cooperate in retracting or correcting the paper.
Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to the journal will be screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with a high similarity index or evidence of plagiarism will be rejected immediately.
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and duplicate publication.
Open Access Policy
The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Articles published in the journal may be distributed under the applicable Creative Commons license determined by the journal policy.
Archiving Policy
The journal utilizes electronic backup and archiving systems to ensure the preservation and accessibility of journal content over time.
